Can I still register online for the conference?
Registration has closed. If you would like to attend UC Tech 2025, email uctech2025@ucr.edu to be added to the waitlist. Should space be available, you will receive an email with the link to register.

Is onsite registration available?
There is no onsite registration.

Is hybrid or remote attendance available?
No, hybrid or remote attendance is not available. UC Tech 2025 is in-person only.

Will sessions and main events be live streamed or recorded?
No, live streams and recordings will not be conducted at this year’s conference.

Can I bring a guest to the conference events?
We kindly ask that attendees do not bring guests, including children, to any conference receptions, events, and sessions.

Where do I go for help at the conference?
Look for our volunteers wearing blue and black polo shirts. At the conference, some volunteers will be stationed at the registration check-in booth/info desk at the UC Riverside The Barn/Stable and Riverside Convention Center Upper Concourse. Others will be walking around the conference venue holding signs.

Can I see the layout of the Riverside Convention Center?
On June 26-27, the main session events and activities will be held at the Riverside Convention Center (RCC). View the floorplan of the RCC.

What kind of accommodations are available at the conference?
At the Riverside Convention Center, there will be a mother’s room with a mini fridge in the Boardroom (Lower Level). Please see a conference volunteer for access.
If you listed any accommodations in your registration form, we are doing our best to meet your needs. However, please understand that we may not be able to fulfill every request.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available at both UC Riverside The Barn/Stable and Riverside Convention Center.

Is there a quiet space to do work during the conference?
We do not have a designated quiet space at the Riverside Convention Center. However, you are welcome to work in Exhibit Hall A and B when events are not taking place. Exhibit Hall C will also have tables with several power outlets if you need to charge your device(s).

Where do I park at the conference venues?
We highly recommend ride-sharing and walking to the conference venues. If you are driving, see our parking page for information.

Will I be photographed at UC Tech?
Yes, there will be a professional photographer walking around to take photos of attendees and events.
By participating in the 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, you consent to being photographed, and allow the University of California to use photos of you for purposes within the university’s mission of teaching, research, public service, and patient care.
