Registration is Open!

You may now register for the 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, to be held in-person only from June 25-27. Join us in shaping the future of IT through engaging sessions, dynamic discussions, lively networking opportunities, and much more.

To be fully registered, you must complete both the registration form on the UC Tech website and the payment form on STOVA. Afterwards, you will receive two confirmation emails. Please complete the entire registration process in one sitting to avoid any issues.

Before You Register

Consider the following about this year's conference:

  • The registration cost is $300, and includes all three days of the in-person only event. Learn more about what is included in your registration.
  • Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration cost, and will need to be secured separately.
  • The event is open to UC-system faculty and staff members only.*
