The 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, held from June 25-27 in Riverside, was a fantastic three days of connection and learning. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re excited to share some highlights from this year’s conference and share news about the 2026 host campus!

Passing the Buck: You’re Next, UC Merced!

The final day of the conference, June 27, culminated with the annual Pass the Buck ceremony. Conference Chair, Azra Ayers, and CIOs Matthew Gunkel (UC Riverside) and Molly Greek (UC Office of the President) passed the buck to UC Merced’s representatives: Deputy CIO, Christy Snyder and UC Tech Ambassador, Rachel Bellofatto.

Congrats to the UC Tech Award Winners
