Items can be either brought or shipped/stored at the RCC up to 48 hours prior to the conference’s start date of Wednesday, June 25. Should any items arrive before the 48 hours prior to this date, there will be a storage fee of $50.00 per day. See the full shipping and storage policy below.

Shipping & Storage Policy

Any materials received more than 48 hours before the Event or left behind 48 hours after its conclusion will incur storage charges of $50.00 per day. Packages shipped to Center should be addressed to:

Set-Up

Set-up for the sponsor showcase begins at 5 a.m. on Thursday, June 26 at the RCC’s Upper Concourse. We are working on your table location, and will provide a map once details are finalized.

• You can pick up your shipped/stored items from room MR 6. Please consult with a UC Tech volunteer for room access. You are responsible for moving these items from the room to your booth.
• If you brought more items, the venue’s loading dock is located off of Orange St. and 5th St. The venue allows a 20 minute unloading/loading time. Please call Safety Services 5 minutes prior to your arrival at 951-373-9569.
• Each table is 6 ft. long and will be provided by the venue, along with a tablecloth if needed. The number of tables you have are based on your tier level (see the Sponsorship Opportunities page for more information).
• One of our volunteers, Jeremy Fisher, will be on-site as the sponsor point of contact during the event.

Tear-Down

For post-conference shipping, you can have your items picked up from the loading dock. All items must be scheduled for and picked up by Saturday, June 28, end of business day. Please schedule your shipping carrier's pick-up time and make sure all of your items are packaged correctly. You may call Safety Services at 951-373-9569 for assistance with loading.

Set-up time is 4:30-5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25 at UC Riverside The Barn/Stable.

• If you stored items at the RCC, please find a UC Tech volunteer for access to room MR 6 prior to arriving at The Barn/Stable.
• Each table is 6 ft. long and will be provided by the venue.
• Each sponsor/partnership will have one table.
