Registration is now open for the 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, to be held in-person at Riverside from June 25-27! This year’s theme, “Innovate. Integrate. Inspire.” encourages attendees to embrace technology as a catalyst for transformation as we tackle a rapidly evolving landscape.

Before You Register

• The registration fee for this year’s conference is $300 and includes all three days of the in-person only event. Learn more about what is included in the registration fee.
• Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee, and will need to be secured separately. Choose a hotel within our discounted block. Determine your travel plan.
• See the tentative conference program for a glimpse at what you can expect from the event.
• Proposals have been evaluated and submitters are starting to receive a status update. If your proposal was accepted, be sure to confirm your intention to present. Once we receive this confirmation, we will send you an email with your complimentary registration code. Only the primary presenter has their registration fee waived.
• Additional roles eligible for complimentary registration will also be sent an email with their code to register.
• To be fully registered, you must complete both the registration form on the UC Tech website and the payment form on STOVA. We strongly recommend completing the entire registration process in one sitting to avoid any issues.
• Once you complete the entire registration process (registration form and payment form), you will receive two emails: one confirming your registration and the other confirming your payment.

After You Register

Now that you are registered, an account has been created for you to access the UC Tech 2025 website. This account will allow you to personalize your conference schedule once it becomes available.

• Check your registration confirmation email for instructions to access your account and a one-time automatic login link to set your password. Please save your login details for future reference.

• Once you are logged in, you are able to:

  • Modify your submitted registration form: click "Update Registration Info" 

  • Change your login password: click "Update Login Info"

• In the future, you will need to manually log in. On the UC Tech 2025 website, go to the top right corner of your screen and click "My Account" to enter your login details.

  • Username: [email that you used to register]

  • Password: [password you set up]
