This presentation will detail the development and implementation of a new IT governance framework at the University of California, Riverside (UCR). The framework is designed to foster collaboration and transparency between IT and the broader campus community. Key components of the framework include: -Strategy Council: Providing strategic direction and oversight. -Advisory Boards: Facilitating communication and decision-making across functional areas. -Workgroups: Addressing specific issues and projects. -Agile Methodology: Ensuring responsiveness, flexibility, and continuous process improvement. The presentation will highlight UCR's experience in building this framework, including lessons learned and best practices. It will also explore the use of Workfront as a tool to support the governance process. The presentation will be of interest to other UC campuses looking to start or enhance their IT governance practices.
