We’ve developed a novel AI tool that creates course-specific, instructor-guided AI interactions, setting a new standard for responsible AI integration in higher ed. Key Features and Impact: Tailored learning: Instructors upload course materials for relevant AI interactions Improved academic integrity: Provides a sanctioned, course-specific AI tool Instructor empowerment: Allows guided AI integration in teaching Collaborative approach: Fosters student-instructor AI utilization Our pilot demonstrated significant engagement, with 5-10 AI conversations per assignment. In Spring Quarter 2025, over 20 classes will use ClassChat! ClassChat's scalability makes it applicable to other institutions, showcasing how higher education can develop tailored AI solutions that enhance learning while maintaining academic integrity. Join us to explore how a tool like ClassChat can transform your institution's approach to AI in education.
