Let's face it, getting tech updates to college students can feel like a superhero mission! This poster aims to present actionable strategies for effectively communicating technology and service changes to college students. It acknowledges the difficulties in reaching a tech-savvy but diverse student body and emphasizes the importance of clear, concise, and relevant messaging. The poster will also recommend using informal, fun language, with an example of a superhero theme, to engage students in short but meaningful interactions and capture their attention, making ITS seem less mysterious. The poster will also highlight the successful strategy of tabling during orientation, bringing the ITS department out to meet campus partners face-to-face.
