Our experienced Change Management + Media Innovation team will share their success story of leveraging Scribe to create over 200 how-to guides and resource pages with over 20,000 views in less than a year. Through a live demonstration, we'll showcase how Scribe simplifies the creation of software training resources by automatically generating step-by-step guides with screenshots at each click point. Attendees will gain valuable insights into Scribe's content management dashboard, learning about publication and dissemination strategies to maximize the impact of their materials.

Laura is a lifelong learner who discovered her passion for instructional design and training while working at Disneyland, where she made dreams come true for over 10 years. After living in Shanghai to launch the newest Disney resort, Laura’s commitment to personal and professional growth led her to explore new opportunities that resulted in her joining UCLA in 2019. As the Training Lead for the Office of the Vice Chancellor & Chief Financial Officer, she is all about bringing the magic to training and fostering the finance learning culture – which has earned her the informal nickname of her team’s Chief Learning Officer. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Concordia University Irvine and a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from California State University Fullerton.

Christina is a Training Specialist at UCLA’s Office of the Vice Chancellor & Chief Financial Officer, where she co-leads the design and delivery of digital learning experiences. She joined UCLA in March 2024, following nearly a decade of teaching Secondary English, and she brings a strong foundation in instructional design, learner engagement, and educational technology. In her current role, Christina works to bridge knowledge gaps and build training to support Campus Purchasing & Payables, facilitates live Office Hours and Working Sessions, and ensures the continued relevance and accessibility of digital instructional resources. She holds a master’s degree from Chapman University, a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and a Single Subject Teaching Credential from Concordia University.
