In this discussion, we will provide an overview of the Sunapsis platform and introduce the background of the Sunapsis project at UCSD. We will then cover the project outline, including system configuration and data integration, as well as the challenges we have overcome. Additionally, we will highlight the accomplishments achieved so far. Finally, we will discuss the project roadmap and open the floor for discussion. With the implementation of Sunapsis, UCSD is now able to provide better services to its rapidly growing population of incoming and current international students and scholars, despite having a limited number of staff and advisors.
