Tentative Conference Program

The 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, happening from June 25-27, is a three-day event in Riverside that gathers UC tech professionals to grow, explore, and connect. You will be able to choose your own learning path from thoughtful sessions across diverse program tracks, participate in lively discussions on technology trends, discover like-minded communities across the UC system, and much more.

UC Tech 2025 Program at a Glance

Below is the tentative program for the three-day conference to give you an idea of what you can expect during our time together. Please keep in mind that the program is not finalized, and exact times, events, and locations are subject to change as we work to create the best possible experience for all conference participants.

DAY 1

June 25 at UC Riverside

Day 1 of UC Tech will take place on campus at UC Riverside The Barn/Stable.

6 - 8 p.m.	Welcome Reception	The Barn/Stable	Kick-off UC Tech 2025 with appetizers and cocktails.

DAY 2

June 26 at Riverside Convention Center

Day 2 of UC Tech will take place off campus at the Riverside Convention Center.

7:30 - 8:30 a.m.	Breakfast	Exhibit Hall A/B	Enjoy a classic breakfast buffet and get ready for a jam-packed day of learning and fun.
9 - 10:30 a.m.	Welcome & Keynote #1	Exhibit Hall A/B	Kick-off UC Tech Day 2, and enjoy the first keynote address.
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.	Vendor Showcase	Upper Concourse	Network with vendors and learn about their latest tech products.
10:45 - 11:30 a.m.	Breakout Sessions	All Rooms	Attend sessions across seven diverse program tracks.
11 a.m. - 5 p.m.	Local Activities	Downtown & Campus	Explore what Riverside has to offer: walk around the Downtown neighborhood or take a short drive to the UCR campus!
11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.	Lunch & Birds of a Feather Meetings	Exhibit Hall A/B	Enjoy lunch and join a roundtable Birds of a Feather meeting to discuss topics with colleagues across the UC system.
1 - 5 p.m.	Breakout Sessions	All Rooms	Attend sessions, and grab a snack at 3 p.m. to energize and refresh.
6 - 8 p.m.	UC Tech Awards & Dinner	Exhibit Hall A/B	Enjoy a dinner buffet and wind down for the evening with a performance from our pipe band at 6:45 p.m. Join us for the UC Tech Awards at 7 p.m. to celebrate our colleagues.

DAY 3

June 27 at Riverside Convention Center

Day 3 of UC Tech will take place off campus at the Riverside Convention Center.

10:45 - 11:30 a.m.	Breakout Sessions	All Rooms	Attend sessions across seven diverse program tracks.
11 a.m. - 5 p.m.	Local Activities	Downtown & Campus	Explore what Riverside has to offer: walk around the Downtown neighborhood or take a short drive to the UCR campus!
11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.	To-Go Lunch & Vendor Raffle	Exhibit Hall A/B	Enjoy a deli sandwich lunch and find out whether you are a lucky winner of our vendor raffle prizes.
1 - 1:45 p.m.	Breakout Sessions	All Rooms	Attend sessions across seven diverse program tracks.
